These terms of service govern your access and use of the services offered through the website www.memorisz.com, which include the creation and hosting of personalized interactive pages. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Memorisz offers a service for creating a personalized page with a title, description, photos, and relationship start date for a relationship time counter. After payment confirmation, the user receives an email containing an exclusive access link and a QR Code for their page.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you declare that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and that all information provided during the purchase process is true and accurate.

3. Payment and Confirmation

a. Payments are processed through our payment partner (Stripe). By providing your payment information, you agree to the terms and privacy policy of the payment processor.

b. The creation and sending of the page link and QR Code will only occur after confirmation of the successful transaction.

c. The delivery of our product is 100% digital and performed exclusively through email. Therefore, providing a valid, correct, and accessible email address is an indispensable requirement for receiving your page. If there is any error in typing the email, please contact us through support@memorisz.com.

4. User Content

a. For the creation of your page, you will provide us with content, including but not limited to photographs and texts.

b. You declare and guarantee that you have all necessary rights to the User Content you submit, including copyright, and that the content does not violate the law or third-party rights (such as privacy or image rights).

c. It is strictly prohibited to submit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, pornographic, hateful, or that violates any third-party rights.

d. Memorisz reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice and without right to refund.

5. Page Usage

a. The provided link and QR Code are for your personal use and should not be used for commercial purposes.

b. The responsibility for sharing the link and QR Code is exclusively the user's.

7. Cancellation and Refund

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our Service, we do not offer refunds after the Page has been created and the confirmation email sent. If a technical failure occurs in the creation or delivery process, please contact us to evaluate the situation.

8. Service Modifications

a. We commit to keeping your Page active and available for the period contracted at the time of purchase.

b. However, in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (such as insurmountable legal, technical, or financial issues), we reserve the right to modify or, as a last resort, discontinue the Service.

c. Should discontinuation of the Service become necessary, Memorisz will take reasonable measures to notify affected users in advance and, whenever possible, offer a way for the user to save their page content. In these extraordinary situations, we will do our best to minimize any impact.

9. Limitation of Liability

Memorisz is not responsible for:

a. Data loss or damage to User Content.

b. Unauthorized access to your Page due to inappropriate sharing of the link or QR Code.

c. Interruptions or service failures due to factors beyond our control (for example, third-party server failures).

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We may modify these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the service after publication of changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
